5 years ago I was so fortunate to learn about Salsa Babies and bring these wonderful classes to Calgary! I have met so many amazing families, watched babies grow and met siblings the second time around.
2012 is the year of transition and this is quite true in my life with my family. THANK YOU for the DANCES to each and every one of you. I am entering into a brand new chapter of life and experience. I will no longer be offering daytime classes for Salsa Babies and Salsa Tots. I will finish the current session at Currie Barracks ending this Thursday and Vecova ending next Tuesday. All upcoming and future sessions have been cancelled until further notice.
Salsa Babies in Calgary is not gone and I foresee adding in new classes potentially on the weekend or evenings later this year.
I've taken on a new endevour as the Program Coordinator at the Trico Centre for all children programs. I'll see you around at the Trico Centre!
I have learned so many valuable lessons and have enjoyed the many friendships along the way. Salsa Babies has truly been such an amazing part of my life. It's been so gratifying to see all your happy babies, watch you be so excited to join in and work so hard and I'm so pleased that I got to make all of you feel good about you as a mom and a woman.
Thank you for your continuous support, letting me introduce you to my passion of dance. Thank you for all of the laughs and letting me challenge you week to week. Thank you for allowing me into the first year with you and your baby. Thank you for sharing many special moments and milestones your baby has been through.

This unique and sassy post natal dance class is just for you and your baby. Come with the cutest partner..Your Baby! Join other mamacita's in learning the style of Latin dance. Dance your way back into shape and snuggle your baby. You will shake your hips as they shake maracas! No dance experience required. Babies must be minimum 6 weeks old up until they are walking and sometimes you can still snuggle them up!
Salsa Tots - Latin Groove for Kids on the Move
When your child is ready to boogie on their own two feet, Salsa Tots is the beat they will love! Children ages 18 months - 6 yrs will sing, dance, play, and shake themselves silly. Introducing original Salsa Tots music, each week new variations and developmental skills are introduced while having fun! This class is parented and you are the most important piece of the whole program. The more you are having fun the more your child will benefit from this class and have fun along with you! Try a class bring all your children and open up to being a bit crazy with us!
